We provide two types of text messages.

Transactional Messages (Booking & Service) Appointment confirmations

  • Cancellations or reschedules

  • Studio updates that affect your appointment

Marketing Messages (Promotional) Promotions and special offers

  • Event announcements

  • New services or product launches

  • Message frequency will vary depending on your bookings, interactions, and preferences.

2. How You Opt In:

You may opt in to recei e text messages by:

  • Entering your phone number during online booking

  • Checking a consent box on our website or forms

  • Signing up in studio or through a promotional form

  • Texting a keyword to a number we provide

  • By opting in, you authorize You Glow Girl to send text messages using automated technology or an AI-assisted receptionist when applicable.

  • Consent is not required to make a purchase.

3. Opting Out

Booking & Service Messages (Transactional SMS)

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message

  • After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

  • For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us using the information below.

4. Message & Data Rates

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

  • You Glow Girl is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving or sending text messages. 

5. Supported Carriers & Delivery

 

  • Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. carriers. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and is not guaranteed.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us.

  • We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

  • Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
