Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing YGG — we can’t wait to help you glow! If you need to make changes to your appointment, PLEASE LOG IN TO YOUR PROFILE. For the comfort and care of every guest, we ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made AT LEAST 8 hours ahead. Changes within this timeframe not WILL NOT be possible. Cancellations made within the 8-hour window are not eligible for a REFUND. Please plan to arrive on time. Guests who arrive more than 6 minutes late may forfeit their appointment or be asked to wait until we can accommodate them. These policies allow us to provide every guest with the highest level of care and attention. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
